What if my cover is currently suspended?

Even if your policy is currently suspended, you're still subject to any applicable premium changes when you reactivate your policy. You can contact us here to reactivate your policy any time, and we can let you know your new premium. While we’re at it, we can offer a cover review to make sure your policy still meets your needs. 

Important note about the Medicare Levy Surcharge for customers with Hospital cover: You are not exempt from the Medicare Levy Surcharge (MLS) while your cover is suspended. Learn more about MLS here.
